How to explore millions of books under various genres in the beautiful libraries of the state of Uttar Pradesh

• Please open the browser and type www.library.up.gov.in on the url.
• Open the e-Library Card Registration tab in Catalog & Collection. Please fill all the fields in the form completely.
• After registering the form, you will receive a 10 digit membership card number on your mobile number and you will have to collect the card from your nearest library within 7 days.
• You will need a Membership Id to read the book or you can login as a guest user to read the book.
